Happy Halloween everyone! This is a picture of Misty, my Animaniacs fan character, dressed up as Shego from Kim Possible. Warner Bros vs Disney? Who says they can't get along on my favorite holiday XD

I wonder if that's real plasma gloves she's wearing? But since when is Misty concerned about dangerous fiery things! (Since someone asked, no she's not holding someone's head. She's just making a big ball of plasma )

I dug out this picture from the depths of my hard drive (I think I started it two years ago or something ridiculous like that?) and decided to finish it up today since it was Halloween.
